"GO" at Ranger School.

This TMK is perfect. I am an Army infantry officer and graduate of Ranger School, and this kit contains exactly what will get you a "GO" on your terrain model. It is small, light, affordable, applicable, durable, and practical. It can be used for squad or platoon level operations, and it will create micro and macro terrain models. The ability to write on everything using pencil allows me to view everything under NODs. I wish this was around when I went through Ranger School, but I'm excited to include it now as part of my kit. Throw this kit in your ruck and use it in any conditions. RLTW

I really liked the TMK! It arrived fast and was easy to store in my FLC. I hope to continue using it well into my career. My only gripe is that the icons seem a little flimsy. I know stuff will wear out with use, but having a back up set seems like a good safety measure. Anyway Thank you for the great product.

Bought this to facilitate teaching land navigation training. These protractors are top notch. made of a heavy duty plastic and have crisp corners and cut outs. These protractors have the cut outs for the 1:25,000, 1:50,000 and 1:100,000. The outer scale is graduated for "mils", the central scale is graduated for "degrees" and there is an inner scale printed in red for "back azimuth". Unlike some protractors I have used the scale cut outs are where they should be cut and do not have a slab plastic on the edge hindering point plots.
